Inman Park is one of the original intown Atlanta neighborhoods, known as the first Atlanta suburb, that has dramatically changed over the past 10 years. The eclectic neighborhood features a well balanced mix of large Victorian homes, modern apartments and brownstone style townhouses. Perfectly situated along the popular Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail, close to the Inman Park MARTA station and provides easy access to the Interstate provides easy access to several other great neighborhoods. Over the past decade this neighborhood had grown in popularity, becoming one of the most desired areas in Atlanta. Due do the popularity and scarcity of land Inman Park real estate prices have significantly over the past several years and is situated to continue appreciating for years to come.

Glenwood Park is a small, self-sustaining neighborhood in Atlanta just south of I-20 bordering Grant Park and Ormewood Park. This award winning neighborhood was developed to be a truly walkable neighborhood and boasts a wide variety of businesses including a coffee shop, nail salon, health facility, gym, some of the best restaurants in the city and much more. Old Fourth Ward has seen some of the most significant changes of any Atlanta neighborhood over the past 5 years.
